Rachelle Graham, MA, RCC
Child, Youth and Family Therapist & Group and Community ProgramMing Coordinator
I started working in the mental health field for a variety of reasons. From a young age, I witnessed the hardships and stigma of those who were considered “different” or struggled with mental health. As a child, I never understood why this occurred and decided early on that I would advocate for those who struggled to advocate for themselves.
I strongly believe that all individuals, irrespective of circumstance or situation deserve to be healthy and well. There is strength in all of us, and I’ve experienced firsthand the joy and ability that shines through when marginalized individuals are treated with kindness and respect.
Relationships are at the core of human experience. Every individual deserves to feel safe and secure in their relationships, as well as included in their communities. This is why I approach counselling from a position of compassion and warmth.
